Description
Our client, a prestigious global law firm, is seeking a Debt Finance Resource Attorney to join their team. This role is pivotal in supporting the firm's Business and Litigation departments by enhancing the efficiency and knowledge of practicing attorneys. Key responsibilities include managing a transaction database by inputting deal terms, coordinating with the knowledge management team, and tracking credit facility terms for clients. Additionally, the role involves drafting and managing form and precedent documents, as well as monitoring and summarizing legal and market developments relevant to the Debt Finance practice. This position does not involve direct client interaction or billable hours, focusing instead on internal support and resource management.
