Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a mid-level or senior associate with at least 3 years of experience to join their Debt Finance group. The ideal candidate will have specific experience representing private equity sponsors and/or banks and private credit lenders in various financing transactions, including leveraged buyouts and acquisition financings. Applicants should be skilled in drafting and negotiating commitment papers, credit agreements, and collateral documents. Outstanding academic credentials, relevant law firm experience, and excellent communication skills are required. Candidates must have relevant bar admission or be eligible to obtain it promptly.
