Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a mid-level or senior associate with at least 3 years of experience for their Debt Finance group. The ideal candidate will have experience representing private equity sponsors and/or banks and private credit lenders in various financing transactions, including leveraged buyouts and acquisition financings. Proficiency in drafting and negotiating commitment papers, credit agreements, and collateral documents is required. Applicants must possess exceptional academic credentials, proven experience in a comparable law firm setting, and strong communication skills.
