Description
Our client, a reputable law firm, is seeking a corporate associate with 3 - 6 years of financing transaction experience to join their Debt Financing practice. The ideal candidate will have experience in several areas such as asset-based lending, cash flow lending, acquisition financing, recapitalization, convertible debt financing, Term B loans, workouts, DIP financings, leveraged loans, and mezzanine loans. The position can be based in either a major city in the Northeast or a suburban location in New Jersey.
