Description
Our client, a leading defense litigation law firm, is seeking an Arbitration & Litigation Defense Attorney for their New York City or White Plains office. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys with 3+ years of defense litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense and claims related to the Child Victims Act (CVA) and/or Adult Survivors Act (AVA). The successful candidate will be expected to independently manage a litigation caseload, work closely with other attorneys on legal projects, handle court appearances and depositions, and maintain regular communication with clients. The candidate must hold a JD from an accredited law school and be admitted to practice in New York. Experience in arbitration and mediation defense is required, and legal project management experience is beneficial.
