DEFENSE ARBITRATION & LITIGATION ATTORNEY (1274)
Description
Our client, a leading defense litigation law firm, is seeking an Arbitration & Litigation Defense Attorney. This opportunity is ideal for attorneys with arbitration and litigation experience who are looking to take on increased and substantive defense responsibilities. The role can be based in either their White Plains or New York City Midtown office locations. The successful candidate will have a JD from an accredited law school, be admitted to practice in New York, and have 3+ years of defense litigation experience. Experience with insurance defense, and defense experience in claims related to the Child Victims Act (CVA) and/or Adult Survivors Act (AVA) is required. The role involves managing a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end, handling court appearances and depositions, and communicating with clients to provide status reports.
