Description
Our client, a leading full-service defense litigation law firm with over 1000 attorneys across the United States and London, is seeking a Defense Litigation Associate Attorney for their Baltimore office. The ideal candidate should have a JD from an accredited law school, be admitted to practice in Maryland, and have at least 3 years of insurance defense litigation experience. Experience with complex general liability, professional liability/medical malpractice, employment law, construction litigation, or transportation is a plus. The role involves independently managing a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end, regular court appearances and depositions, and maintaining communication with clients.
