Description
Our client, a leading full-service defense litigation law firm with over 1,000 attorneys across the United States and London, is seeking a Litigation Defense Attorney for their Milwaukee office. The ideal candidate should have a JD from an accredited law school, be admitted to practice in the State of Wisconsin or qualified for reciprocal admission, and have 3+ years of litigation defense experience. Strong knowledge of rules of evidence and procedure is required, along with excellent written and analytical skills and a strong attention to detail. Experience with general liability, transportation or products liability defense, appellate experience, and/or federal court practice is a plus. Responsibilities include assisting with discovery requests and responses, drafting pretrial motions, conducting legal research, and assisting in preparation of cases for trial.
