Our client, a leading defense litigation law firm, is seeking a Defense Litigation Associate Attorney for their Charlotte office. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys with General Liability litigation experience to join a dynamic team. The firm, established in 1978, ranks among the top 200 law firms in the United States and has over 1000 attorneys across 42 offices. The ideal candidate should have a JD from an accredited law school, be licensed in North or South Carolina (both is a plus), and have 3+ years of defense litigation experience. Experience in general liability, transportation, catastrophic bodily injury, and insurance coverage litigation is preferred. The role involves managing a litigation caseload, working closely with other attorneys and partners, handling court appearances and depositions, and providing status reports to clients.
