Description
Our client, a leading full-service defense litigation law firm, is seeking a Defense Litigation Attorney to join their team in Louisville. The successful candidate will have a JD from an accredited law school, be admitted to practice in Kentucky and Indiana, and have at least 4 years of defense litigation experience. Experience in insurance defense, general liability, complex litigation, drafting discovery, and pretrial motions is essential. The role involves independently managing a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end, collaborating with other attorneys and partners on legal projects, handling court appearances and depositions, and providing regular status reports to clients.
