Description
Our client, a leading national defense litigation law firm, is seeking an experienced attorney to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a JD from an accredited law school, be admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, and have at least 7 years of civil litigation experience. Experience in trucking, products liability, and premises liability is preferred. The successful candidate will independently manage a caseload, represent clients in a wide range of insurance defense claims, handle court appearances, conduct depositions, and provide regular status reports to clients.
