Description
Our client, a globally recognized law firm with multiple accolades in the field of derivatives, is seeking a Derivatives Associate with three to six years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in derivatives regulation, including the CEA, CFTC, and SRO rules, as well as experience in derivatives enforcement and investigations involving swap dealers, futures commission merchants, commodity pool operators, and commodity trading advisors. The candidate should possess strong attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, resourcefulness, and excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and firm attorneys. The role requires a JD earned between 2018 to 2021.
