Description
Our client is seeking a midlevel associate to join their Financial Services Department in Washington, D.C., specializing in Derivatives. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience in derivatives at a financial institution or law firm. This role involves representing commercial and investment banks in a wide range of derivatives transactions for hedge funds, private equity funds, and registered investment companies. The successful candidate will have experience drafting documents for complex structures, managing client relationships, and independently advancing transactions.
