Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level associate attorney to join their Derivatives group in New York. The ideal candidate will hold a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited US law school, demonstrate high academic achievement, and have experience advising on the structuring and documentation of derivatives and related products. A strong interest in this area, an entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to work well in a team are essential. Candidates should be admitted to the New York Bar or eligible to waive in, with prior experience in a peer law firm preferred. The role is open to those from the class years 2019-2021.
