Our client, a prestigious global law firm, is seeking a lawyer with over 5 years of experience in construction, procurement, and project development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project development within the renewable energy or oil & gas sectors, or significant experience with large-scale infrastructure projects. Key responsibilities include negotiating engineering, procurement, and construction agreements, as well as operations and maintenance agreements. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile projects in renewable energy, energy storage, power generation, and other energy transition technologies as part of a market-leading, Band 1 Chambers-ranked Projects team. The position is available in multiple locations, including Austin, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, New York, San Antonio, San Francisco, or Washington, D.C., with potential remote options for select markets.
