Description
Our client is seeking a junior associate with 2-4 years of experience in healthcare law, focusing on regulatory compliance, to join their digital health team. This role offers the chance to represent healthcare technology innovators and work with over 400 digital health companies, from startups to established firms. The ideal candidate will have expertise in corporate practice of medicine, multi-state digital health regulations, federal and commercial payor reimbursement, value-based care, and fraud and abuse laws, including the Anti-Kickback Statute and Stark Law. A strong interest in healthcare technology, such as AI, telehealth, and health apps, is essential. Candidates must possess excellent organizational and project management skills, attention to detail, client service commitment, and sound business judgment. Positions are available in Seattle, Washington DC, Boston, San Francisco, Palo Alto, or San Diego, with potential for other locations or virtual work for exceptional candidates.
