Description
Our client is seeking mid- to senior-level associates to join its premier, globally-recognized Digital Assets and Data Management (DADM) Group. The candidate will work with regional, national, and multinational clients as part of the DADM Group’s Digital Risk Advisory and Cybersecurity Team. This role focuses on proactive and reactive privacy and data protection compliance, including advising on data security incidents, regulatory investigations, and compliance with security-related legal obligations. Desired experiences include advising on privacy and security obligations, data security incident notification, and defending regulatory investigations. The ideal candidate will have law firm or in-house privacy and cybersecurity breach response experience, or litigation experience with a demonstrated interest in this field. Key attributes include exceptional project management skills, awareness of data privacy and security laws, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage a fast-paced, complex workload.
