Description
Our client, a leading eDiscovery practice, is seeking an experienced attorney to join their dynamic team. This hybrid position can be located in any of the client's east coast offices. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading discovery strategy and execution on matters with large scale discovery needs, managing large-scale review teams, negotiating ESI Protocols, attending meet and confers, preparing discovery related witnesses, understanding preservation, collection and compliance features of corporate IT systems, and managing multiple matters simultaneously. Requirements include being licensed in the jurisdiction in which the candidate sits, excellent client services skills, ability to communicate effectively with attorneys and clients, ability to train and lead more junior attorneys, ability to develop and grow relationships with existing clients, and prior experience as a litigator is preferred.
