Our client, a prestigious law firm based in San Francisco, is seeking an experienced attorney to join their Emerging Companies and Venture Capital (ECVC) practice. The role involves leading transactions and direct interactions with founders, CEOs, management teams, and boards of directors of company-side clients, as well as venture capital and other investor-side clients. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of ECVC experience and a demonstrated interest in growth industries. The corporate practice group focuses on representing technology and growth companies at various stages, from startups to mature public companies, across diverse industries such as AI, autonomous vehicles, cleantech, fintech, and more. Responsibilities include advising on company formation, equity structures, venture capital negotiations, corporate governance, strategic transactions, and regulatory compliance.
