Description
Our client is seeking a highly qualified, experienced mid-level associate patent attorney or a senior patent agent to join their expanding national Intellectual Property group practice. Candidates located in Madison, Milwaukee, Denver, and Washington, DC will be given strong preference, although remote arrangements may be considered on a case-by-case basis. The ideal candidate should have an undergraduate or advanced degree in computer or software engineering or computer sciences. Associate candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in patent prosecution, strategic management of patent portfolios, freedom-to-operate opinions, due diligence analysis, and landscape analysis. Patent agent candidates should have at least 5 years of such experience. The candidate must have a strong academic record, enthusiasm, and commitment to succeed and advance.
