Description
Our client is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2-6 years of experience to join their Corporate Group’s Emerging Growth practice. This role can be based in any of the client's offices and offers the opportunity to participate in a vibrant and rapidly expanding emerging growth market serving clients nationwide. The successful candidate will have the chance to grow within a highly sophisticated practice, representing venture capital funds and emerging technology, consumer product, and life science companies in debt and equity financings, M&A transactions, and general corporate counseling. The role provides associates with direct client-facing and client-management opportunities early in their careers. Ideal candidates will have 2-6 years of experience working at a top-tier law firm with corporate experience focusing on emerging growth companies, venture capital funds, and/or private equity funds in financings, acquisitions, and day-to-day governance matters. They should also have a strong interest in pursuing a similar practice in the Mountain West region.
