Our client is seeking a mid-level associate to join its corporate group, focusing on emerging growth companies and their institutional investors. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in venture capital financings, representing both institutional investors and issuers, and advising emerging growth companies on corporate matters. This role is based in Austin and requires a JD, bar admission, and a license to practice in Texas. Preferred candidates will have direct experience from an AmLaw 100 law firm. Key competencies include strong analytical and writing skills, attention to detail, good business judgment, and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
