Description
Our client is seeking a mid to senior level associate to join its corporate group, focusing on emerging growth companies and the institutional investors that support them. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years' experience in venture capital financings, M&A transactions, and advising emerging growth companies on corporate matters. This role requires a JD, bar admission, and a license to practice in California, with a preference for candidates with experience in an AmLaw 100 law firm. The position is based in San Diego with an in-office expectation of three days per week. Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills, along with the ability to work both collaboratively and independently, are essential.
