Description

Our client, a globally recognized law firm, is seeking a mid-level associate with excellent academic credentials and at least 3 years of experience to join their Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation practice. The successful candidate will be part of a dedicated team, advising on a wide variety of employee benefits and executive compensation matters, including the design, implementation, and administration of qualified retirement plans, health and welfare plans, equity plans, and nonqualified deferred compensation arrangements. The role also involves conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and providing strategic guidance to clients. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a team-oriented environment alongside partners, while leveraging the resources of an international law firm.
