Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm recognized internationally for its intersection of business and law, is seeking an experienced attorney with a minimum of five years in employee benefits and executive compensation. This role is part of their General Corporate and Securities Group and offers the flexibility to work from any of the firm's offices. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in tax-qualified plans and be familiar with a broad range of benefits areas including health and welfare, securities, executive compensation, and M&A work. Applicants must have a robust academic record along with excellent research, writing, and oral communication skills. Additionally, candidates must be licensed and in good standing in the state they wish to practice.
