Our client, a prestigious law firm, is actively seeking an attorney with at least five years of experience in employee benefits and executive compensation to join their General Corporate and Securities Group. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work from any of the firm's offices and should possess a strong background in tax-qualified plans, along with familiarity in various areas of benefits including health and welfare, securities, executive compensation, and M&A work. Applicants must have a robust academic record, excellent research, writing, and oral communication skills, and must be licensed and in good standing in the state they wish to practice.
