Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm recognized internationally for its intersection of business and law, is seeking an experienced attorney with a minimum of five years in employee benefits and executive compensation. This position is available in their General Corporate and Securities Group and can be based in any of the firm's offices. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in tax-qualified plans and be familiar with a broad range of benefits areas including health and welfare, securities, executive compensation, and M&A work. Applicants must have a robust academic record, excellent research, writing, and oral communication skills, and must be licensed and in good standing in the state where they will practice.
