Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking an experienced attorney with a minimum of five years in employee benefits and executive compensation to join their General Corporate and Securities Group. The successful candidate will have a robust background in tax-qualified plans and be familiar with a broad range of benefits areas including health and welfare, securities, executive compensation, and M&A work. This role requires a strong academic record as well as excellent research, writing, and oral communication skills. Applicants must be licensed and in good standing in the state they wish to practice. This position allows for flexibility with the option to work from any of the firm's offices.
