Description
Our client is seeking an Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Attorney with over 5 years of experience in a top-tier law firm. The ideal candidate will have a background in employee benefits and executive compensation, with specific experience in counseling on tax-qualified retirement plans and advising/drafting with respect to 409A and 280G in the context of M&A/corporate transactional deals. Familiarity with SEC’s Executive Compensation Disclosure Rules is highly desirable. Depending on seniority, some portable business is preferred but not required. The location is flexible and can be in any market where our client has an office. Candidates must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and have bar admission in the jurisdiction of the resident office location.
