Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm based in New York, is seeking an associate with three to five years of experience in executive compensation and benefits. The successful candidate will have experience with executive compensation plans and programs, labor and employment matters, employment agreements, and executive compensation aspects of mergers and acquisitions.
