Our client, a prestigious global law firm, is seeking a junior and a mid-level litigation associate to join their Private Wealth and Fiduciary Litigation Team. These positions are available in their Silicon Valley office or in San Francisco, with a preference for the Silicon Valley location. The team is renowned for handling complex disputes involving private wealth, including trusts, estates, and conservatorships. The role offers the opportunity to engage with challenging legal issues, develop business acumen in a niche area, and maintain direct client interactions. Ideal candidates should have 2-5 years of litigation experience, with a background in trusts and estates litigation being advantageous but not mandatory. Admission to the California State Bar is required. Applicants must submit a cover letter, resume, law school transcript, and a writing sample.
