Description
Our client is seeking attorneys with outstanding credentials to join their Employee Benefits practice group in Chicago or Houston. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience with ERISA and employee benefits, including qualified plans, multiemployer plans, health and welfare plans, and ACA compliance. Additionally, candidates should have significant M&A and/or restructuring experience within the employee benefits practice area.
