Our client is seeking an associate with four to five years of experience to join their Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation practice in Atlanta. The role involves assisting a diverse range of clients, including start-ups, middle-market, and Fortune 1000 companies, as well as governmental entities and tax-exempt organizations, with various employee benefits and executive compensation matters. Candidates should have broad-based experience in employee benefits, including executive compensation, equity compensation, and benefits-related merger and acquisition issues, and must possess superior academic credentials.
