Description
Our client is seeking a mid to senior level attorney to join their national Employee Benefits law practice. This role is ideal for a confident, self-motivated lawyer with the ability to handle matters independently and build a practice in a collegial environment. Preferred candidates will have law firm experience, excellent client relationship skills, practical insight, creativity, and a self-starter mindset. Strong writing and oral advocacy skills are essential. The ideal candidate should have at least five years of experience in areas such as private, tax-exempt, and public retirement plans, M&A benefits support, 409A and executive compensation, health and welfare plans, and ERISA litigation.
