Our client, a prestigious law firm based in Washington, DC, is seeking an associate to join their transactional Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation practice. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience working on executive compensation and employee benefits matters, particularly in the context of M&A deals and private equity.
