Description
Our client is seeking a midlevel associate with at least 3 years of experience for a securities regulatory role, primarily serving private investment fund clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing SEC filings, advising on securities regulations, developing compliance policies, conducting client training on regulatory policies, and assisting in business development within the compliance/regulatory sector. This role offers significant growth potential, including management and leadership opportunities within the securities filings group. Candidates must have experience with filings required by the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, such as Schedule 13D, Schedule 13G, Forms 3 and 4, Form 13F, and Form 13H. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent professional and academic credentials are essential. The position is available in the San Francisco or Dallas offices and requires in-person work, adhering to the firm's employment policies.
