Our client, a prestigious global law firm, is seeking a senior projects lawyer with over 7 years of experience in construction, procurement, and project development. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in the renewable energy, energy transition, or oil & gas sectors, with a proven track record in managing complex transactions and advising on risk allocation for large-scale infrastructure projects. Key responsibilities include drafting and negotiating essential project documents such as EPC agreements, O&M agreements, equipment supply and procurement agreements, and PPAs. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile, innovative projects in renewable energy, energy storage, hydrogen, carbon capture, and other energy transition technologies.
