Description
Our client, a leading global law firm, is seeking an associate attorney to join their Global Equity Services/Compensation practice in one of their offices located in San Francisco, Palo Alto, Los Angeles, Chicago, or New York. The role involves assisting multinational clients with the design, implementation, and maintenance of global incentive and compensation arrangements, particularly share-based plans. The successful candidate will have one to three years of experience in drafting legal documents, providing legal, regulatory, and tax advice related to global compensation in cross-border transactions such as M&As, spin-offs, divestitures, IPOs, and redomestications. This position requires a collaborative approach to support clients' global operations effectively.
