Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level associate for their Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice Group. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience in a broad range of employee benefits and executive compensation matters, including drafting, design, implementation, and administration of tax-qualified and non-qualified retirement plans and health and welfare benefit plans. Experience in executive compensation and benefits aspects of mergers and acquisitions, taxation issues related to executive compensation arrangements, and design and drafting of employment and other executive compensation arrangements is also required. Candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, law firm experience, and superb writing, drafting, and communication skills. A JD is required for this role.
