Description
Our client, a full-service law firm with a significant presence across the United States, is seeking a Junior Associate with 0-3 years of experience to join their Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Practice Group. This group is one of the largest and most experienced in the Southeast, advising clients across all industries on benefits, executive compensation, and related matters. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work remotely or from any of the firm's offices. The role requires a keen interest in benefits and executive compensation, general corporate, and/or tax law. Prior experience in these areas is beneficial, and an LL.M. in taxation is a plus but not required. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background and excellent communication skills.
