Our client, a full-service and leading defense litigation law firm established in 1978, is seeking an Employment and Labor Associate for their Costa Mesa office. The role involves joining a team of exceptional professionals in a collaborative environment, representing sophisticated clients facing complex legal challenges. The ideal candidate will have a JD from an accredited law school, be admitted to practice in California, and possess at least 3 years of litigation experience, particularly in general liability and employment matters, including single plaintiff and class/representative action matters. Responsibilities include managing a litigation caseload independently, representing clients in various employment and labor claims, handling court appearances and depositions, and maintaining client communication.
