Our client, a full-service and leading defense litigation law firm established in 1978, is seeking a Senior Employment and Labor Attorney for their Baltimore office. The role involves representing sophisticated clients in complex legal challenges, supporting the firm's defense litigation practice, and managing a litigation caseload from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a JD from an accredited law school, be admitted to practice in Maryland, and possess at least 8 years of litigation experience with a focus on general liability and employment matters, including single plaintiff and class/representative action matters.
