Description
Our client, a global law firm with a strong strategic focus, is seeking a lawyer with 3 to 5 years of experience in labor and employment law to join their Employment and Labor practice team in their Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of California employment litigation and advisory experience. Responsibilities include legal research, drafting motions and pleadings, attending court appearances, responding to government investigations, and drafting employment and severance agreements. Trial experience is a plus. Excellent academic credentials and strong analytical, verbal, writing, and case management skills are required.
