Description
Our client, a globally recognized law firm, is seeking a mid-level associate to join their Employment Practice team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of three years of experience in employment litigation and counseling, including drafting pleadings and conducting discovery. Preference will be given to candidates with traditional labor law, OSHA, and/or transactional experience. The role requires strong research and writing skills, excellent academic credentials, and a commitment to excellence. Candidates must be admitted to the Bar of the state in which they work and should be open to working from the New York, Philadelphia, or Northern Virginia office. Alternative work arrangements, including a flexible hybrid working model, are available. A law degree from an ABA-accredited law school and Bar membership in the United States are mandatory.
