Our client is seeking an experienced employment associate with a minimum of seven years' experience to join their dynamic California and national employment law practice. The ideal candidate will possess substantial employment litigation experience, particularly in class actions and PAGA matters, and have a comprehensive understanding of federal and California employment laws and regulations. Candidates should come from large, established defense firms in California or smaller firms handling sophisticated employment defense matters. The role will primarily focus on employment litigation, including class action and PAGA cases, with some single-plaintiff matters. Membership or pending membership with the California State Bar is required. This opportunity is ideal for a confident, self-motivated associate eager to develop a comprehensive employment practice in a collegial environment, based in Los Angeles.
