EMPLOYMENT ASSOCIATE (3430)
Description
Our client is seeking an employment associate with a minimum of two years' experience to join their dynamic California and national employment law practice. The ideal candidate should have experience in employment litigation and a comprehensive understanding of federal and California employment laws and regulations. While class action and PAGA experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. Candidates from large defense firms in California or smaller firms handling sophisticated employment defense matters are encouraged to apply. The role will primarily focus on employment litigation, including class action and PAGA cases, with some single-plaintiff matters. Applicants must be members or pending members of the California State Bar. This opportunity is ideal for a confident, self-motivated associate eager to develop a comprehensive employment practice in a collegial environment, based in Los Angeles.
