Description
Our client is seeking a highly motivated mid-senior associate to join their dynamic and expanding Labor and Employment Class Action group in Texas. The ideal candidate will possess 4-6 years of substantive experience in employment-related and/or class action litigation, with a strong interest in trial work. Experience in defending employment discrimination, EEOC/DOL, and wage and hour claims, including class action lawsuits, is desired. A background in advising employers on federal and state employment law compliance, drafting workplace policies, and assisting clients with employment issues is required. Candidates must have superior academic, research, and writing credentials and be admitted to the Texas bar. The position offers a hybrid work environment, with opportunities to work from Austin, Dallas, or Houston.
