Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level Employment Associate for their Los Angeles or San Diego office. The ideal candidate will have a JD and be admitted to practice in California, with 3-5 years of experience in labor and employment law, including litigation, advice and counsel, PAGA, and transactional work. Responsibilities include managing litigation, conducting legal research and drafting, and handling class action and single plaintiff cases related to wage disputes, harassment, discrimination, and wrongful termination. The role also involves providing employment law advice, drafting employment agreements, and advising on corporate transactions. Candidates should possess strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide strategic advice to clients.
