Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking an Employment Lawyer for their Office of the General Counsel. This full-time role can be based in Dallas, Houston, New York, or Washington, DC, with hybrid work capabilities. The Employment Lawyer will provide strategic legal advice on employment risks, remedies, and all aspects of the employment life cycle within U.S. jurisdictions. Key responsibilities include supporting the firm's people and talent management strategies, providing legal guidance on employment-related matters such as hiring, terminations, accommodations, compliance, workplace complaints, and drafting employment-related legal documents.
