Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a candidate with three to five years of experience in both employment litigation and employment counseling to join their Employment and Labor practice group. The ideal candidate will have a developing expertise in California employment law and complex litigation practice, including class and representative actions. Experience in case development, legal research and writing, all aspects of discovery, witness interviews or investigations, and brief writing is required. Strong academic credentials, exceptional communication and legal writing skills, a high level of motivation and initiative, and a strong work ethic are essential.
